Wow! I love these little suckers! I won’t lie to you- they were a little more time consuming that I had planned for the first time I made them, but like anything, the more you do it, the better, or easier, it is to produce. I’ve gotten pretty good at them now and it’s always worth the effort.
I came across this gem of a recipe by Jerry James Stone who has an awesome vegetarian food blog. He takes incredible photos, produces killed how -to videos and is a great inspiration to me. I have learned some pretty cool tricks of the trade from from him.
